Today, when this horrific scandal unfolding inside the TCS campus in Nashik has come to light, it has become impossible for me to remain silent. This is not some ordinary “office affair.” This is the face of the Islamic conversion mafia that has been continuously active in India for the past several decades — and this time, it has managed to penetrate deep inside a multinational corporation like TCS.
What the investigating agencies have uncovered is spine-chilling. Junior Hindu girls working at the TCS Nashik campus were specifically targeted. HR Nida Khan and her fellow employees were slowly brainwashing them. From WhatsApp chats, video calls, and digital evidence, it has become clear that a person named “Imran,” sitting in Malaysia, was remotely controlling the entire operation. Preparations were underway to make passports for the girls. The intention was crystal clear — convert the girls to Islam and send them to Malaysia. Just thinking about what would have happened to them there makes one’s heart tremble with fear.
This “Malaysia Plan” was not some sudden idea. It is part of Islam’s old strategy that is sold under the name of “Dawah.” In the Quran, Surah 9:29 and many Hadiths clearly grant permission to target non-Muslims (especially Hindu and Christian women). Until a girl converts to Islam, she is still considered a “kafir.” And the honour, wishes, and future of a kafir — everything is considered worthy of being sacrificed for jihad.
Women like Nida Khan are the most dangerous links in this game. They infiltrate among Hindu girls by acting like “sisters,” listen to their problems, and then slowly start injecting the poison of “Islam’s greatness.” The recruitment pattern in the office was exactly the same — specifically targeting Hindu girls. This is simply the office version of Love Jihad. First the drama of “love,” then marriage, then conversion, and then preparation to send them abroad.
The most frightening thing is that the funding angle is also opening up. Money was coming from Islamic countries like Malaysia. This means it is not some small gang, but part of an international Islamic network. Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia — all these countries are contributing to “Islamising” Hindu girls of India. And our “secular” media suppresses it by calling it a “communal angle.”
TCS has issued a statement saying they are “taking it seriously.” That’s good. But the question is — in such a large corporation, was there any check on the recruitment of Muslim employees? Could women like Nida Khan enter the HR department without any screening? Are corporates still ignoring the safety of Hindu girls in the name of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” (Development for All)?
The police have arrested 6 people, registered 9 FIRs, and deployed four women constables as housekeeping staff — this is commendable. But this scandal is not alone. Karnataka, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra — the same pattern is being repeated everywhere. Daughters from Hindu families are going missing, and then the statement comes: “I have accepted Islam of my own will.”
I say it clearly — as long as conversion is considered part of jihad in Islam, as long as Quranic verses allow viewing kafir women as “war spoils,” such scandals will continue to happen. The reform needs to happen in the roots of Islam, not just in arrests.
Hindu society now needs to wake up. We must not only “save the daughter” but also “educate the daughter.” Corporates must install anti-radar for conversion rackets in their recruitment processes. And the government must keep strict vigil on foreign funding.
This scandal is not just of Nashik — it belongs to the entire Hindustan.
As long as we keep our eyes closed in the name of “secularism,” Imran will continue operating from Malaysia, Nida Khan from the office, and hundreds of innocent Hindu girls will keep falling into the “Malaysia Plan.”
