What has come to light today in the TCS BPO unit in Nashik is not a “personal incident” – it is an organized atrocity rooted in Islamic ideology. In just 48 hours, 9 FIRs were registered at the Mumbai Naka Police Station. The accused – Shahrukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, Asif Ansari, Tauseef Attar, Shafi Sheikh, Danish Sheikh, etc. – are all Muslim employees from the same ODC-02 unit. The victims? Hindu women aged 23-36, both married and unmarried, including team leaders.
This case is not merely about sexual harassment, physical molestation, and religious insult. It is a deliberate conspiracy of Islamic supremacy and targeting of non-Muslim (kafir) women. We have copies of the FIRs. I am presenting them directly in front of you, without any sugarcoating.
FIR 156/2026: Concealing nikah and physical exploitation + obscene comments on Shivling and Krishna
A 23-year-old Hindu girl was trapped by Danish Sheikh in the name of “love.” Giving the false promise of marriage, he exploited her physically in hotels from 2022 to 2026. Tauseef and Nida Khan pressured her to accept Islam. They used obscene abuses against the Shivling and Lord Krishna. When she protested, she was blackmailed.
Islamic criticism: This is the classic model of “Love Jihad.” The Quran (4:24) and Hadith consider non-Muslim women as “war booty” (maal-e-ghanimat). Concealing nikah is taqiyya (deception) – which is permissible in Islam.
FIR 163/2026 & 164/2026: Staring at private parts, forcing a Maulvi’s number after miscarriage
A 36-year-old team leader said that Shafi Sheikh used to stare at her chest during meetings and would smile when she objected. Tauseef Attar gave her the number of an “Ajmer Maulvi” and pressured her to contact him.
Islamic criticism: Viewing Hindu women as “easy prey” is part of Islam’s jihadi mentality. Hadith (Bukhari 3016) describes behavior with kafir women as “halal.”
FIR 165/2026: Exposing private parts with obscene “chaas” (buttermilk) comment + insults to Mahadev, Ganesh, Brahma, Ram-Sita
Tauseef Attar told a girl who was drinking chaas, “I also have chaas, do you want it?” He then called Mahadev “fake,” slandered Parvati’s character, labeled Brahma a “rapist of his daughter,” and said that during their exile in the forest, Ram and Sita “must have eaten meat.”
Islamic criticism: This is the core teaching of Islam – calling Hindu deities “false” and “satanic” (Quran 21:98). In madrasas, Muslim youth are taught that Hindus are “mushrik” (polytheists), and insulting them is part of jihad.
FIR 166/2026: Forcibly feeding non-veg, saying “send your wife to us,” forcing kalma
A senior analyst (who wore a rudraksha mala) was forcibly fed non-vegetarian food and threatened with death. When told he had no children, they said, “Send your wife to us.” They took him home, made him wear a cap, forced him to recite the kalma, and made his photo viral.
Islamic criticism: Forced or deceptive religious conversion is the Sunnah of the Prophet. Insulting Hindu culture (vegetarianism, rudraksha) is the result of Islam’s “only true religion” mindset.
FIR 167/2026, 168/2026, 169/2026, 171/2026: Touching chest and thighs, vulgar questions about honeymoon, pulling pallu on Gudi Padwa, calling Krishna a “womanizer”
A powerlifter girl’s chest was touched. A newlywed was asked, “Did they give you a carrot on your honeymoon?” On Gudi Padwa, her sari’s pallu was pulled. Krishna was called a “womanizer,” and vulgar comments were made about Shiva-Parvati.
Islamic criticism: Insulting Hindu festivals (Gudi Padwa) and treating women as “sex objects” is the direct result of Islam’s view of women (Quran 2:223 – “your tilth/field”).
The real question: Where were TCS’s HR and Ashwini Chaunani?
Operational Head Ashwini Chaunani suppressed the complaints. Was it to protect the “secular” image? Or was there fear of the “vote bank” of Muslim employees?
My conclusion as an Islamic critic:
This is not a case of “a few miscreants.” It is the direct outcome of Islam’s teachings – where non-Muslim women are considered “permissible,” Hindu gods and goddesses are called “satanic,” and Love Jihad is seen as part of “dawah” (invitation to Islam). Madrasas, mosques, and WhatsApp groups spread this poison.
As long as we keep silencing criticism of Islam by labeling it “Islamophobia,” incidents like the one at TCS Nashik will continue to happen.
Hindu society must now awaken.
TCS must immediately dismiss these employees.
The police must club all these 9 FIRs together and treat them as an “organized jihadi gang” for stringent action.
This fight is not just about jobs – it is about saving civilization.
