5 Muslim children tried to feed beef to Hindu children in a school in Assam.

In Assam’s Goalpara district, at the Habraghat Higher Secondary School in Krishnai, what happened on 5 June 2026 was not an ordinary “tiffin dispute.” It is a living example of religious hatred, targeting Hindu children, and the supremacist mentality of “Islamic victory.”

What exactly happened that day?

Five Muslim students from Class 9 brought beef to school and ate it. Not only did they eat it, but they also tried to force two Hindu students to eat it. When the victimized children informed the teacher, the school administration first tried to suppress the matter. Only when the parents reached the school was an FIR registered. The police arrested the mother of one of the students and sent her to judicial custody. Tension spread in the area, and even the Deputy Commissioner (DC) and Superintendent of Police (SP) had to visit the spot.

This incident is particularly serious because it occurred in a school — a sacred space where children should be taught education, morality, and coexistence, not the poison of religious supremacy.

My experience as an Ex-Muslim

When I was growing up in a Muslim household, beef was described as “halal meat.” Hindus were mocked for worshipping cows. Many times, my Muslim friends pressured me to eat beef in front of my Hindu friends just to “assert my identity.” But when I started reading the Quran, Hadith, and the reality of Islam, I understood that this is not just about food. It is a mentality of humiliating others, putting them down, and displaying one’s own power.

The hate-filled teachings in Islam against non-Muslims (kafirs) get deeply ingrained in children’s minds. The attempt to force Hindu children to eat beef in school is the direct result of that same mindset. It is seen as “the victory of Islam.” But the truth is that it is a defeat of humanity.

This is not just one incident, it is a pattern

Whether in Assam or other states, such incidents keep happening repeatedly — attacks on temples, stone-pelting on Hindu festivals, and now targeting children in schools. Doesn’t the Muslim community understand that such acts spread hatred throughout society? Can’t they see that their next generation is also being raised on the same poison?

After I left Islam, I faced immense humiliation and opposition from my family and society. But today I am happy that I am on the path of truth. Hindu society has diversity, but it also has unity. They respect their own faith and respect others’ faith as well. However, when someone launches a direct attack on their faith, the limit of tolerance breaks.

What should we do?

To the Muslim community: Teach your children tolerance. Stop bringing beef to school and forcing it on Hindu children. If you want to live in India, respect Indian values and culture.

To the government and administration: Take strict action. There should be zero tolerance for such incidents in schools. Keep children away from politics and religious extremism.

To Hindu society: Stay vigilant. Teach your children to protect their culture and faith, and also make them aware of this Islamic supremacist mentality.

As an Ex-Muslim, I say this clearly — many teachings of Islam desperately need reform. Until the Muslim society reforms itself, such incidents will continue. And I also know that the Maulvis and Mullahs — the self-appointed custodians of the religion — will not allow this reform, because their business runs on it.

India is a civilized country. We all have to live together here. But for peaceful coexistence, everyone must learn to respect the civilization and culture of this country.
