KGMU Jihadi Scandal: Infiltration of Islamic Extremism and Exploitation of Hindu Women

Hello friends, I am an ex-Muslim who deeply investigates the extremism in Islam and its teachings. For years, I have observed how some people spread their jihadi mentality in the name of Islam, and innocent women often become its victims. Today, I am talking about the disgusting scandal at King George’s Medical University (KGMU) in Lucknow, which is currently making headlines. A jihadi gang has been exposed here that used the trap of love to ensnare Hindu girls, pressurizing them to accept Islam and enter into nikah. This is not a new phenomenon — it is the same old pattern known as “Love Jihad,” where certain Islamic teachings portray marrying non-Muslim women as an act of “sawab” (reward), brainwashing young men into doing so. But this KGMU case has crossed all limits, where even educated professionals like doctors have fallen into the grip of this extremism and committed crimes. Come, let’s understand the full story in detail, as if I am writing it in my personal diary.

Revelation of the Scandal: Investigation Triggered by a Suicide Attempt

Everything came to light on 17 December 2025, when a Hindu woman doctor at KGMU attempted suicide by consuming poison. She accused her senior doctor in the Pathology department, Dr. Rameez Malik (alias Rameezuddin Malik), of pressuring her into nikah and conversion to Islam, along with subjecting her to physical and mental torture. The victim’s story is heart-wrenching — Rameez first lured her with the promise of marriage, repeatedly had physical relations with her, forced an abortion by giving her medicine when she became pregnant, and later blackmailed her using obscene videos. He would say, “Convert to Islam, otherwise I will make these videos viral and ruin your life forever.”

When the victim tried to distance herself, Rameez’s fanaticism only grew stronger. She also revealed information about his first wife, Mansi Saxena (who was previously Hindu) — she too was forcibly converted to Islam and then married. This makes me feel that certain interpretations of Islam, where marrying non-Muslim women is considered a form of “jihad,” can become extremely dangerous. There are teachings in the Quran and Hadith that push extremists to believe it is their duty to “save” Hindu or other non-Muslim women, but in reality, it is nothing but a method of exploitation.

The victim’s father complained to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the State Women’s Commission. The Commission’s Chairperson Babita Chauhan and Vice-Chairperson Aparna Yadav met the Vice-Chancellor and stated that this was not the work of one individual, but an entire gang. CM Yogi met the victim and assured strict action. Following this, Rameez was suspended from KGMU, but he went absconding. The police first announced a reward of ₹25,000, later increased it to ₹50,000, and finally arrested him on 9 January 2026.

Rameez’s Family: Roots of Jihadi Ideology

During the investigation, Rameez’s father Saleemuddin and mother Khatija were also arrested. Saleemuddin himself turned out to be a jihadi — he had married four Hindu women and converted them to Islam. His wives belonged to Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh. Khatija too was previously Hindu. Saleemuddin was connected to a qazi in Pilibhit and frequently visited Deoband. Rameez grew up in this extremist environment. In 2012, he took admission in Agra Medical College, where meetings like “Islamic Medicoz Meet” were held. Maulanas and senior students used to teach juniors how to befriend Hindu girls and bring them into Islam.

This pattern reminds me of the Islamic ideology that promotes “taqiyya” (lying and deception) and jihad. Videos of propagandists like Zakir Naik were found on Rameez’s phone, spreading hatred against Hindus. His connection even surfaced with Dr. Shaheen, accused in the Delhi blast case. This shows how extremist Islamic networks are infiltrating professional fields like medicine.

The Larger Network: ₹15 Lakh “Rate” and Over 50 Victims

Shocking revelations came from Rameez’s phone and laptop. He had created a folder named “Jannat” where he stored photos, videos, and details of more than 50 Hindu girls. He was pressuring 15 Hindu women for conversion, including students and professors. There was a large network where ₹15 lakh was the “rate” for converting doctors and ₹5 lakh for ordinary people. Maulanas used to give “instructions” to doctors to marry two Hindu women.

Apart from KGMU, his network extended to Agra, Noida, and other places. One Hindu woman doctor revealed that Rameez prepared a fake nikahnama and exploited her for a long time. The complicity of KGMU administration was also exposed — Pathology HoD Wahid Ali was removed because he suppressed the matter. Another doctor, Mohammad Adil, was also arrested, who was operating on the same pattern.

Illegal Mazars in KGMU Campus and Historical Context

There are more than half a dozen illegal mazars inside the KGMU campus, posing a serious security threat. According to VHP, attacks occurred on teams trying to remove encroachments near these mazars. During the Samajwadi Party and BSP regimes, this campus had become a major hub for conversion activities, with maulanas frequently visiting. Some peace returned after the Yogi government came to power, but these activities have started again in recent years.

In Conclusion: Questions on Islamic Extremism

This case is not just the story of one doctor or one gang, but the result of that extremist Islamic ideology which considers non-Muslims as “kafir” and justifies their exploitation. People like Zakir Naik brainwash youth, and places like Deoband are the roots of this ideology. As an Islamic critic, I say that such teachings must be investigated. Strict laws and awareness are essential for the safety of women. Do you agree? Let me know in the comments. Jai Hind!
